Crave LiteLife Weight Reduction Plan

 

This program is a 21-day eating plan designed to assist your body in burning its own fat reserves.

Balancing Blend drops used with this plan will assist the body as it accesses stored fuel for energy.

 

  Follow these  RULES  if you Crave the LiteLife:

 Balancing Blend Drops:  3x per day         Water:  6 to 8 cups of higher pH water per day        Multi-Vitamin/Mineral supplement daily

 

1)  This diet works best with meals that are ‘made-at-home’.  Restaurants add fats/sodium/sugar to make their food tasty.

2)  No snacking in between meals – drink extra water/tea.  (Choose celery, cucumbers, or carrot sticks if absolutely needed).

3)  Drink 6 to 8 – 8oz glasses of water during the day.

4)  No sugar/bread/grains/starch: Melba toast, Stevia and Xylitol are the only exceptions.

5)  Protein, fruit, vegetable, and condiment lists are provided in the complete plan.
