We have a 30-day return policy for devices, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return for any Results ARE Typical products. We have a 7-day refund policy for digital downloads (see Digital Download Refund below).

Please note that devices that were shipped from the home office of Results ARE Typical will need to be returned to the following address after the return is approved: Maria Boldry, 2308 W. 29th St, Suite 103, Greeley, CO 80631. You are responsible for return postage unless the reason for return is our fault.

Devices that are shipped from a Third Party Vendor will need to be approved by the third party company. Refunds from a third party company will follow that company's refund and return policy.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
